Wendy’s restaurants in multiple South Florida locations.
Several Wendy’s locations in south Florida were affected by Hurricane Ian causing roofing failures which resulted in interior damages as well. JES was awarded contracts for several locations starting in November 2022. One (1) location was able to remain open for business for nearly the entire process of impact-to-recovery.
Multiple Services
JES performed services such as roofing demolition, parapet framing, decking repairs, new scuppers, new collector boxes, new poly ISO sloped board systems, 60-mil TPO, and metal coping at parapet walls. We also provided some interior demolition and mitigation efforts to help provide a usable space for Wendy’s employees to operate.
Successful Inspection
From inception to completion, JES successfully received a passing inspection from the local Codes inspector and helped the client to achieve full warranty status from the TPO manufacturer based on a proper installation and use of their product.
