This 72-unit apartment complex was the victim of Hurricane Michael in October of 2018. JES was able to assist the property owner and managing company with a proper Xactimate estimate inclusive of roofing and the CAT3 (per S-500 IICRC) loss interior damages to all buildings. JES contracted this $4.4mil roofing, interior demolition, mitigation, and build-back in June 2019 and involved a 3rd party assessment and environmental consultant.

The scopes included the aforementioned as well as framing repairs, floor decking repairs, new electrical for Code compliance, plumbing repairs, insulation, drywall hang/tape/float/finish, drywall texture, cabinetry, countertops, interior and exterior doors, paint, flooring, wire shelving, mechanical/electrical/plumbing accessories and fixtures, water heaters, door hardware, bath accessories, mirrors, and final cleaning.
