This multi-building location sustained roughly $5mil of damages due to Hurricane Ida in August of 2021. JES was able to work with the legal team here and helped to provide them with the CAT 3 Water Loss Xactimate estimate needed to get these properties back on their feet. The estimate’s protocol was provided by a 3rd party assessment and environmental consultant firm with extensive experience in CAT2 / CAT3 water loss. JES was able to perform and satisfy in record time to achieve the Clearance Certificate denoting the proper care taken prior to the start of JES’ build-back efforts.

The scopes of work here included, interior demolition and debris disposal (including all appliances), complete mitigation services, framing modifications where needed to achieve floorplan changes and ADA conversions, new mechanical/electrical/plumbing for Code compliance, new drywall, drywall hang/tape/float/finish, drywall texture, cabinetry, countertops, trim, paint, drywall and acoustical ceilings, mechanical/electrical/plumbing fixtures, flooring, door hardware, blinds, and final clean.
