Scopes of work included all new flat roofs (poly ISO board to create slopes prior to 60-mil welded-seam TPO installation), hidden fastener standing metal seam roofing on all sloped surfaces, soffit framing modification to meet current Code requirements, wall sheathing where needed, all new housewrap, new flashing and pipe jacks, new fascia, new soffit, new vinyl siding, stucco repairs, exterior paint, rear porch screen enclosures, and full building gutters with downspouts. Within the HOA policy is the insulation, drywall hang/tape/float/finish, and cleaning.

Interior completion work was later awarded to, and performed by, JES. We provided framing modifications and repairs, drywall texture, interior doors where needed, trim, cabinetry reinstall, paint and the final clean.
