JES was contracted by the HOA in October 2022 to perform a demolition of the existing failed clay tile roof and replace it with a Tilcor stone-coated metal roofing product. This beautiful property consists of four (4) buildings each with three (3) 4-story condo residences between 3900-4800sf and surrounded by hand-laid brick paver parking lot, a meticulously kept lush landscape, and views of the Gulf’s turquoise waters. Each unit offers a private swimming pool with a spa, screened 2-story enclosure, 2-car garages, ample ground level storage space, an elevator, and a private onsite boat slip. JES was also able to assist with screen enclosure and gutter services as well.

Multiple Services

The roofing work was $1mil+ and included additional services such as some interior demolition (and mitigation where needed) and build-back, use of heavy equipment, clay tile disposal, temporary ice and water shield, working with Public Adjuster’s onsite, removal of temporary roofing, decking repairs, installation of new ice and water shield, new flashing, batten strips throughout, and provide & install the Tilcor stone coated metal roofing panel system. JES also painted the exteriors of all buildings. This successful collaborative effort included working with Strong Claims, American Coastal Insurance, and Rock Emergency Services (Rochester, NY).
