The scopes of work here included roofing and interior full demolition and mitigation, roof decking repair / replacement, parapet wall stucco demo and build-back, poly ISO sloped roofing design and install, scuppers, 60-mil TPO, and parapet wall custom capping. The stucco parapets received a new stucco banding design as well as new lettering/numbering, and all new exterior paint.

Due to the Owner receiving new clientele we were able to work with him to design and get approved by local council a new floorplan, perform the needed remodel, provide new mechanical/electrical/and plumbing to Code compliance, new insulation, metal door frames, drywall hang/tape/float/finish, drywall texture, cabinetry, countertops, interior solid core fire-rated wood doors, paint, flooring, mechanical/electrical/plumbing accessories and fixtures, restroom partition systems, interior door hardware, bath accessories, mirrors, and final cleaning.
